Server/bartender

Hiring at Incahoots Bar and Grill. Experience preferred.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and equipment
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic understanding of time management to ensure efficient service
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Familiarity with the food industry, including different types of beverages and their preparation methods
