Cashier Team Lead

Fresh Market Restaurant is seeking a skilled Cashier Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train cashiers to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments, process transactions, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
