Job Title: Asset Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Risk Analyst to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Dayforce USA, including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Post Go-Live phases.
  • Develop and maintain process efficiencies and ongoing process improvements in Payroll and HR.
  • Provide escalation support for HR team with troubleshooting and fixes related to HCM & Payroll issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Ceridian Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, with a focus on Dayforce Payroll functionality.
  • Proven experience with Dayforce HCM modules for payroll, Workforce Management, Time Away from Work, and knowledge of Recruitment and Performance.
  • Excellent organization, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Dayforce certification is an asset.
