Senior Pharmacokinetics Scientist

About the Role

Congruence Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacokinetics Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our DMPK department, you will be responsible for the design and interpretation of in vitro and preclinical in vivo DMPK studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and collaborate with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) for seamless execution of outsourced studies
  • Review reports to ensure high-quality data and maintain accurate records
  • Act as the DMPK representative on project teams, ensuring effective communication of ADME-PK data and results
  • Perform pharmacokinetic modeling and simulations to inform dosing scenarios and advanced PK analysis
  • Conduct human PK parameter predictions to inform selection of human therapeutic dose

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemistry with at least 7 years of industry experience in a biotech/pharma company
  • Strong working knowledge of ADME concepts, pharmacokinetic modeling, and bioanalysis
  • Proficiency in PK analysis software (e.g., WinNonlin, NONMEM)
  • Sound understanding of regulatory guidance related to ADME/PK characterization and drug-drug interactions
  • Experience working with external vendors to provide ADME/PK support for drug discovery programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Track record of successful problem-solving and scientific rigor
