Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI systems that generate competitive advantages for the Bank.
  • Apply AI performance assessment best practices to guide the Bank towards the best technological choices.
  • Ensure the quality and stability of AI systems operated in production.

  • Educate colleagues on regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and responsible AI principles.
  • Coach interns and junior scientists on the state of the art and good development practices.
  • Contribute to research and development activities through partnerships with the academic community.
  • Participate in the dissemination and promotion of the AI transformation culture within the Bank.
About the Team

You will be part of a team of 20 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of the AI Factory. Our team is known for its expertise in artificial intelligence, quality of delivery, customer experience, creativity, and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in the development and deployment of AI systems in a complex business context.
  • Proficiency in Python programming languages, SQL, a large set of AI libraries, and at least one other programming language (e.g., Java).
  • In-depth knowledge of modeling and machine learning concepts and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
  • Experience working on systems based on large language models.
