Senior Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our Bioanalytical Development team at Brunel. As a Senior Scientist, you will play a key role in the development, validation, and production of bioanalytical assays, ensuring the highest level of scientific quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Assay Development and Validation: Develop, validate, and produce bioanalytical assays for clinical and preclinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, conducting, and reporting on assay development and validation studies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior staff, including Associate Scientists and Scientists I and II, to ensure the success of the team and the delivery of high-quality results.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and support on bioanalytical matters.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with relevant regulations, including GCP, GLP, and SOPs.
- Quality Control: Provide quality control support to other team members, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports and documentation, including study reports, method validation reports, and other relevant documents.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, scientists, and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Education: University or college degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in regulated clinical and/or preclinical studies, preferably in a CRO environment and with Anti Drug Antibody experience.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, highly flexible, sense of urgency, excellent troubleshooting skills, client-oriented, and attentive to details.
- Language: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
