Job Title: Clinical Counsellor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Counsellor to join our team at Kelly Mental Health. As a Clinical Counsellor, you will work closely with clients to provide individualized therapy and support to help them achieve their mental health goals.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Counsellor will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to individuals, groups, and families. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Counselling or a related field
  • Registration with the relevant professional association (e.g. Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
