Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and comprehend project requirements, defining scope, creating work breakdown structures, and developing resource matrices and project budgets.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing technical guidance and input to successfully complete strategic initiatives.
  • Work with multiple teams to resolve escalated cases/issues and ensure completeness of all required documentation.
  • Document, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional designation or working towards preferred.
  • 10 years or more of experience in managing projects, with advanced knowledge of MS apps, including Power Point, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Experience leading a team, with superior organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities and requests.
  • Highly focused with attention to detail and ability to collaborate well with others.
