About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at R & R Environmental. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external parties to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
    • Arrange travel and accommodations for team members as needed.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
