As a site manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a work team and ensuring tasks are completed within the allotted time
  • Performing work in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Working as part of a team and under the direction of the superintendent
  • Being proactive and offering solutions to improve processes

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid CCQ competence card
  • Independence and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Diplomatic skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
  • Resourcefulness and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Safety-consciousness and attention to detail
  • Rigorous approach to work and commitment to quality
