Job Summary

Armand-Shel Investment Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills.
