Role Overview:

As an Inventory Management Trainee, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory system, supporting our mission to promote sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise inventory records within the warehouse environment.
  • Review and assess incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
  • Accurately process, package, and dispatch orders.
  • Organize and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Conduct inspections of products to identify defects or damages.
  • Facilitate the organization of warehouse space on a daily basis.
  • Receive, unload, and appropriately store incoming inventory items.
  • Assemble shelves and boxes as required.
  • Occasionally address customer inquiries.
  • Lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to provide operational insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment in the warehouse.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, eligible for internship opportunities.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
