Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jiffy Park Enterprises. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.
- Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
