Job Title: Kitchen Manager

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the right products at the right time
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and waste reduction initiatives
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as inventory management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Food Handlers certification and a valid food safety certification
