Housekeeping Operations Manager

The Housekeeping Operations Manager at Broadstreet Properties is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our standards of hygiene and organization are consistently met.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within housekeeping is preferred.
- Procure and manage the necessary equipment and supplies for housekeeping operations.
- Conduct inspections of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Supervise and lead housekeeping staff, ensuring effective scheduling and assignment of duties.
- Coordinate external contract services as needed.
- Uphold safety standards and departmental policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to housekeeping operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for staff members.
- Oversee inventory management of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Manage in-house laundry services efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to local health and sanitation regulations.
- Perform infection control audits to maintain a safe environment.
