About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all necessary items are available for staff use.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including front office, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise, and take proactive steps to prevent them from happening in the future.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
