The role of the Executive Housekeeper at Broadstreet Properties is pivotal in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage housekeeping operations and staff.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Oversee the selection and procurement of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate inspections of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Supervise and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support.
- Manage contracted services related to housekeeping operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to housekeeping expenses.
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for team members.
- Keep an organized inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Supervise in-house laundry operations to ensure quality service.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping personnel.
- Ensure adherence to local health and sanitation regulations.
- Perform infection control audits to maintain a safe environment.
