Job Title: Corporate Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary to join our team at 10174351 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries, as well as make reservations
  • Prepare invoices, financial statements, and other documents
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position, 30 hours per week
  • Language of work: English
