About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary to join our team at 10174351 Canada Inc. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our executives and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Compile and prepare documents, reports, and other materials for presentations and meetings.
  • Administrative Policy Development: Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare invoices, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
