Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenhouse Manager to join our team at Kobe Microgreens and Greenhouses Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our greenhouse and nursery facilities, ensuring the highest quality of produce and efficient crop production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of agricultural crops clipping, including dividing fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
  • Organize and supervise greenhouse and nursery operations, including staff management and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding, and spraying, ensuring the highest quality of produce.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering materials and stock as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field, preferably in greenhouse or nursery operations.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 35 hours of work per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
