Retail Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations at 1182888 BC LTD. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our store and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Education Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
The position is based in a retail business setting, where you will be responsible for managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise staff and allocate responsibilities effectively.
- Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand and sales potential.
- Decide on the merchandise and services to be offered.
- Establish pricing and credit policies.
- Source and procure products for resale.
- Design and execute marketing strategies.
- Prepare budgets and track financial performance.
- Identify staffing needs and recruit accordingly.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and management of staff and volunteers.
- Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
