We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Amusement Associate to join our team at Cineplex. As an Amusement Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the presentation and working condition of our facility, including its amusement equipment and redemption counter.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and courteous guest service
- Maintain cash out operations and follow policies and procedures
- Upsell playcards to maximize guest service
- Redeem prizes for guests at the Redemption counter and obtain e-tickets as payment
- Maintain redemption operations and follow policies and procedures
- Restock merchandise and maintain stock levels of supplies
- Ensure the Games Rooms exceeds the cleanliness standards of Canada's Wonderland
- Communicate effectively with fellow staff via radio calls
- Work safely and honestly
- Arrive for work on time
- Practice and adhere to Cineplex's Standards, Policies and Procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong computer/technical aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
