About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Coordinator to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various projects related to cyber security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for cyber security projects.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate work sessions, focus groups, and coordinate application demonstrations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues related to cyber security projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Product Backlog Development: Support the development of a prioritized product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and scenarios.
  • Customer Representation: Represent the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Day-to-Day Activities: Engage in day-to-day activities with solution teams, including attending daily scrum meetings, leading refinement sessions, and providing direction and focus.
  • Recommendations: Make recommendations that go beyond initial requests to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Provide input to test plans, sign off on test cases, and participate in end-to-end and user acceptance testing.
  • Documentation: Write and edit user procedural documentation, such as user guides and manuals.
  • Customer Support: Provide support for customer issues and follow up on a timely basis to ensure problems are resolved.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10 years of previous experience in the telecommunication industry and Government of Canada contracts.
  • Business Analysis: Experience in business analysis, including collecting, documenting, and articulating requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate and present to various audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive timelines.
  • Action Orientation: Action-oriented and demonstrated ability to deliver results.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving ability with complex, technical, and abstract concepts.
  • Team Player: A team player with the confidence to challenge and escalate when necessary.
Benefits
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, normal 37.5 hours per week, working onsite up to 5 days per week.
  • Location: Onsite in Toronto.
  • Job Type: Temporary Contractor.
  • Hourly Contract Rate: TBD depending on experience.
  • Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension.
