About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Clerk to join our team at Wescon Cedar Products Ltd. As a Sales Order Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer guidance to customers on merchandise, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process Orders: Accurately enter and process sales orders, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience.
  • Manage Inventory: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is up-to-date and available for customers.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
