Sales Order Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Wescon Cedar Products Ltd. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advice about merchandise to customers
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
- Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
Our ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and experience in a similar role. If you are a goal-oriented individual with excellent written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a dental plan, disability benefits, and health care plan. This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
