We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Wescon Cedar Products Ltd. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales orders and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
