At Executive Maintenance Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning and maintenance services, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and oversee the cleaning and maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Inspect our facilities regularly to identify any areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repairs, and renovations.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in cleaning and maintenance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning and maintenance role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
