Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Trinity Auto Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective use of resources
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet sales goals
  • Establish work schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and leadership
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
