Sales Team Lead

Fazal Miran Fuel Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Allocate sales duties to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the sales floor, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer transactions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
