Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, monitor, and develop care plans for clients with complex needs
  • Provide wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other specialized nursing services
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical skills and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Membership in a professional association (RNAO/WeRPN) is an asset
  • Acute care and medical-surgical nursing experience is an asset
  • Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and availability for the role
