Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing, troubleshooting, and administering local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and computer workstations.
  • Assessing and installing computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems.
  • Providing support and problem-solving assistance to network users.
  • Implementing security protocols for data, software, and hardware.
  • Conducting routine network operations and maintaining accurate control records.
  • Executing data backups and disaster recovery processes.
  • Establishing local area networks and Internet connections.
