About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Entuitive Workforce Inc. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tools and Equipment: Proficient in MS Office and other sales-related tools and equipment.
