- 4 years of experience in product design or user experience design.

The Google User Experience (UX) team comprises diverse groups of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers: we are deeply committed to understanding the needs of our users. The UX team plays a crucial role in gathering insights about user attitudes, emotions, and behaviors to inspire and inform design. We work closely with one another and with engineering and product management to create industry-leading products that deliver value to users and to Google's business objectives.
As an Interaction Designer, you will employ user-centered design methodologies to develop top-tier user experiences—from concept through to execution. Like all our UX roles, you will collaborate with design partners to enhance and evolve the Google design language, creating beautiful, innovative, and inspired products that users love.
In this position, you will contribute to defining the user experience and user interface for new and existing Google Cloud Applied AI products and features. You will advocate for rapid innovation and product development to meet the fast-paced demands of the competitive GenAI application landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Articulate the user experience at various stages of the design process using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes.
- Incorporate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience enhancements.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
