Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and customer areas
  • Support sales floor operations, including merchandise recovery, restocking, and visual merchandising
  • Assist customers with product information, answers questions, and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining store fixtures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
