About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at RAW Design Inc. as a key member of our design and construction technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD) software to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.
  • Assist in supervising construction projects, including monitoring and inspecting work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare working drawings and presentation graphics to communicate design ideas and project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD), building information modelling (BIM), and other relevant software.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural technology, construction technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and SketchUp.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to construction sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
