Restaurant Assistant Job Description

Cafe JEG Ruest Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Key Tasks:
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area by clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
