Logistics Operations Manager

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing policies and standards for our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient operations
- Manage finances and budget to optimize logistics operations
- Establish and implement policies and standards for transportation and storage
- Oversee scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
