Polo Farmers Market Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities: Goal-oriented, positive attitude, quick learner, excellent oral communication, and team player.
- Environmental Impact: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
