Sales Floor Manager

About the Role
Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales floor team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective solutions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
