Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Hydrogeologist with a strong background in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Water Resources Engineering. This role is pivotal in advancing our initiatives in the Land Development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership and management responsibilities within the Hydrogeology Group, collaborating with existing leadership.
  • Conduct comprehensive hydrogeological assessments, including dewatering and surface water evaluations, as well as water supply studies.
  • Perform data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, including Hydrogeological Investigations and Groundwater Monitoring Reports.
  • Supervise and coordinate field activities related to hydrogeological assessments and water supply studies.
  • Develop and implement strategic market initiatives to foster growth within the Hydrogeology Group.

Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, including the Ontario Water Resources Act and Environmental Protection Act.
  • Expertise in construction dewatering, groundwater-surface water interactions, and soil classification.
  • Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and Aquifer Testing is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites, with travel expenses reimbursed.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Geology, Earth Sciences, or Water Resources Engineering.
  • Professional designation in good standing with relevant associations.
