Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Hydrogeologist to join our team at CB Canada. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Water Resources Engineering who are ready to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on increasing leadership responsibilities within the Hydrogeology Group, collaborating closely with existing management.
  • Conduct comprehensive hydrogeological evaluations, including dewatering assessments and water supply studies.
  • Perform data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, including Hydrogeological Investigations and Groundwater Monitoring Reports.
  • Oversee and coordinate field activities related to hydrogeological assessments and water supply studies.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to foster growth within the Hydrogeology Group.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and general hydrogeological practices.
  • Proficient knowledge of construction dewatering, groundwater-surface water interactions, and soil classification.
  • Experience with GIS, AutoCAD, and Aquifer Testing is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites, with travel expenses reimbursed.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Earth Sciences, or Water Resources Engineering.
  • Active membership with Professional Engineers Ontario (P. Eng.) or the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (P. Geo.).
