Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Assist clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, including engaging in activities and conversations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
  • Collaborate with the Care Design team to develop and implement client care plans.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of full-time caregiving experience (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work multiple shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights
  • Ability to travel to and from client homes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Ability to speak fluently and write in English
