About the Role

Bloom Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Offer Companionship: Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Support Daily Living: Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks.
  • Monitor and Report: Observe clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns or changes to the care team.
  • Collaborate with Care Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • License/Certification: Possess a valid license or certification in healthcare or a related field.
  • Criminal Background Check: Pass a valid criminal background check and vulnerable sector check.
  • CPR Certification: Hold a current CPR-C/BLS certificate.
  • Immunization Record: Maintain up-to-date immunization records.
