Responsibilities
  • Spearhead flavor and seasoning innovation from concept development to product launch across various brands.
  • Collaborate effectively with other R&D teams and cross-functional business partners to develop and introduce product innovations and enhancements, integrating sustainability technology roadmaps.
  • Engage with external suppliers and vendors to explore new technological advancements, lead the design of innovative seasonings, and commercialize novel ingredients and technologies.
  • Conduct technical and business risk assessments related to new product development and strategic R&D objectives.
  • Utilize scientific principles and experimental design methodologies to address technical challenges and create effective seasoning formulations.
  • Leverage both internal and external expertise for critical analytical and sensory research.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Ingredient Science, or Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D or manufacturing environments within the food, seasoning, flavor, ingredient, or consumer packaged goods sectors
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into strategic and tactical project objectives
  • Familiarity with seasoning system setup, operation, quality assurance, troubleshooting, etc., is advantageous
