Culinary Specialist

A&W is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

The role is set in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including:

• Restaurant
• Fast food outlet or concession

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
• Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Train staff in food preparation and handling techniques.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
