A&W is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a culinary role is an asset.

The position is based in a restaurant setting, including fast food outlets and concessions, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
• Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Train new staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records of food supplies and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maintain high standards.
