French Bilingual HR Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our HR Services team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to our English and French speaking population.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR advisory services to line managers on people management issues, complex HR processes, and legal boundaries.
- Advise on HR policies, including reward policies and talent management processes, and escalate out-of-policy cases/requests to HR business partners.
- Assess the feasibility and boundaries of certain people management practices in specific contexts.
- Drive standardization and improvements in the way of working, including proactively addressing communication and portal content on topics that can be further standardized.
- Collaborate closely with other functions within HR Services, especially Contact Center Advisors and Admin & Payroll Specialists, and with other HR functions, such as local HR business partners and COEs.
- Minimum of BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related.
- 1+ year of experience within a HR business partner/HR support role, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations/processes, labor law, benefits, payroll, training, and related.
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday is preferred).
- Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken.
