Munich Re is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Risk Manager to join our team in Munich Re's Life and Health North America (LHNA) entities. As a key member of the Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and communicating cyber security risks to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the adoption of Munich Re's Information Security Management (ISM) policies and guidelines
  • Execute prioritized initiatives for Cyber Security covering Life and Health North America
  • Coordinate, update, and report on cyber risk dashboards to key stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc cyber risk assessments and support local data protection initiatives
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and regulatory audits
  • Participate in security audits and support gap remediation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a relevant field
  • IT Security Management certificate would be an asset
  • ~5+ years relevant industry experience in implementing cyber risk processes and frameworks
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance and data privacy requirements (GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of internationally recognized information security standards and frameworks (ISO/IEC 27000 family, NIST CSF)
