Vos responsabilités quotidiennes

Au sein de la division des Marchés Financiers de SGS Société Générale de Surveillance, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique dédiée à la recherche, à l'innovation en matière d'investissement et à la gestion des risques. Notre objectif est de fournir une plateforme complète pour divers actifs, en mettant l'accent sur une approche centrée sur le client et l'innovation.

Quel sera votre rôle au quotidien ?

Suivi des modèles et gestion des risques :

  1. Diriger une équipe chargée de l'exécution et de la surveillance des modèles de tarification et des modèles de marge.
  2. Assurer un suivi rigoureux et rapide des modèles pour la branche AMER de l'organisation.
  3. Offrir mentorat et conseils aux membres de l'équipe, favorisant un environnement collaboratif.
  4. Optimiser les méthodologies de surveillance existantes pour en améliorer la précision et l'efficacité.
  5. Collaborer avec d'autres analystes quantitatifs pour définir de nouvelles exigences et méthodologies de surveillance.
  6. Mettre en œuvre des pratiques exemplaires et des solutions novatrices pour améliorer les processus de surveillance.
  7. Participer à la surveillance des opérations et des mesures de risque au sein du département des marchés globaux.

Gestion de projet et conformité :

  1. Jouer un rôle essentiel dans la gestion de projets pour répondre aux recommandations quantitatives des audits et des régulateurs.
  2. Garantir l'atteinte des jalons du projet et la livraison des résultats dans le respect des délais et du budget.
  3. Coordonner avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour réaliser les objectifs du projet tout en respectant les normes réglementaires.
  4. Contribuer à la documentation des modèles de tarification, en veillant à leur exactitude et exhaustivité.
  5. Aider à la certification de l'inventaire des modèles de tarification et à la maintenance de leur évaluation.
  6. Assurer la conformité aux normes de documentation internes et externes ainsi qu'aux exigences réglementaires.

Compétences et qualifications requises :

Exigences :

  1. Diplôme de Master en finance quantitative, mathématiques, statistiques, informatique ou domaine connexe.
  2. Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  3. Expérience significative dans la direction d'une équipe d'analystes quantitatifs.
  4. Bonne compréhension des modèles de tarification, des modèles de marge et des mesures de risque.
  5. Compétences en gestion de projet avec expérience dans la réalisation de projets complexes.
  6. Maîtrise des langages de programmation tels que Python, R et C++/C#.
  7. Solides compétences analytiques et attention aux détails.
  8. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour collaborer efficacement avec les équipes et les parties prenantes.

Compétences linguistiques :

La capacité de communiquer en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est essentielle, car le titulaire du poste interagira régulièrement avec des collègues et des partenaires internationaux.
