We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst to join our team at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. As a Senior Research Analyst, you will be responsible for managing quantitative and qualitative research projects, from designing collection tools to analyzing data and presenting results to internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, carry out, and present results for quantitative and qualitative research projects to support internal client decision-making.
  • Manage external and internal web panels, including planning and developing online surveys, ensuring quality control, and processing data with SPSS software.
  • Lead research projects based on data from surveys and other external sources, draft executive-level reports, and present findings to internal clients.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social science with a research profile.
  • At least three years' experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Strong analysis, writing, communication, and self-management skills.
  • Highly skilled at working with statistics and computers, including programming questionnaires into survey management software and using SPSS software to analyze survey data.
